Manually place the raw material (volume) on the discharge rack and manually tighten the coil to the shaft. Manually pass the material head through the leveler, punching machine, feeder, and into the forming hub.

Manually press the equipment start button, the discharge rack will discharge the material, the leveling device will automatically level the material, the feeder will automatically feed the material, the automatic punching device will drive the mold down, punching and punching on the strip. After completion, the material is introduced into the forming wheel through the guiding device, and the forming wheel gradually forms the workpiece. The product adopts the cylinder mold cutting method, and the cylinder drives the mold to cut off the product.

The length of the molded workpiece of the device is adjustable, and the length of the product can be manually input through the touch screen.

The production line consists of seven parts: the discharge machine, the leveling machine, the feeder, the punching machine, the forming machine, the shearing machine and the stacking machine.
