Welding Robot for Lower Beam of Elevator Door Plate

Program overview:

The set of equipment uses a welding robot welding station, in which the operation interface displays the teaching tray and the body six-axis brake. The arm can be lifted on a beam within a certain range, and the fixture is placed on the base of the welding table. The two sets of welding robots are located between the two sets of welding tools. The work station uses a special tooling spreader to place the car beam into the positioning fixture (the remaining small workpieces are manually clamped by hand); after completion, the manual manual quick lock, the electromagnet and the positioning cylinder are positioned; after the workpiece positioning is completed, the signal is given. The two welding robots start welding; after welding one side, the workpiece is automatically turned over to the other side, and the welding is continued; all the welding positions are welded and the devices are reset; the quick locking device is manually opened, and the welded workpiece is transported to the unloading with a special spreader. Material level; when two sets of robot welding stations are one workpiece, the workpiece is manually clamped at station 2, and the two sets of clamps are sequentially converted and welded to effectively improve the welding efficiency. Different lengths of the same model can be welded by adjusting the fixture. Different types of products need to be replaced by tooling to complete the welding of the workpiece.
