The two welding robots start welding; after welding one side, the workpiece is automatically turned over to the other side, and the welding is continued; all the welding positions are welded and the devices are reset; the quick locking device is manually opened, and the welded workpiece is transported to the unloading with a special spreader. Material level; when two sets of robot welding stations are one workpiece, the workpiece is manually clamped at station 2, and the two sets of clamps are sequentially converted and welded to effectively improve the welding efficiency. Different lengths of the same model can be welded by adjusting the fixture. Different types of products need to be replaced by tooling to complete the welding of the workpiece.
