Program overview

The device is used for welding the compressor compressor silencer. There are 10 stations for assembly, welding, pipe-laying and unloading of various components. Among them, the #1#3 station must be manually placed on the conveyor belt. Good materials, others work in a fully automatic way. Each station works synchronously, and a finished product is discharged at the #9 unloading station normally about 8 seconds. The table rotates with intermittent splitter and the index is accurate. The system is controlled by Mitsubishi Q series PLC/Eview touch screen/Omron inverter/Miyachi welding controller.
