1. This machine adopts single-phase AC welding method to weld the air-conditioner compressor cylinder and screw.

2. It can be adjusted by simple electrode and/or tooling fixture to achieve welding of various specifications and series, and the welding efficiency is high.

3. The whole machine adopts Japan imported Miyaji high-precision constant-current pulse welding controller and Mitsubishi PLC, safety grating, imported pneumatic parts, low-resistance cylinder, easy operation, fast welding, stable and high efficiency.

4. Secondly, the equipment is equipped with Miyaji high current monitor to monitor the welding current in real time. This machine is equipped with a printer function, which can print out the specific parameters of the current solder joint in real time.
