ABSTRACT: Resistance welding production needs an efficient management platform, so a production management system of resistance welding based on database technology is constructed. Based on the requirement of managers for resistance welding informationization, the database of resistance welding production management is developed by using E-R model standardized design method and SQL Server 2005 as platform, and the interface is developed on Visual Studio 2005 platform by using Visual Programming C# language. The system consists of material, method, equipment and welder information management module. The results show that the system classifies the management information of resistance welding production scientifically, provides efficient inquiry methods in various ways, and can effectively maintain the management data of resistance welding production.
